Adult Christian Education

UMC Covenant currently has six adult Sunday School classes oriented toward a variety of needs and preferences, from traditional Bible Study to contemporary theological, social and moral issues. Please feel free to sit in on any or all of these classes to determine the best for you. You will be welcomed in all of them.

At least once a year, the pastor offers a four session ’New Member Class’ to provide an introduction to Methodism and its doctrines plus UMC Covenant’s own structure and operation. In addition, the Pastor conducts several short-term classes on a range of topics each year.

Introduction to Methodism (Room 8). This is the current class held by the pastor. It begins on Apr 24 and runs for 4 weeks.

From time to time, when appropriate, the Pastor offers a confirmation class to mature youth in order to properly lead them into full methodism and membership in the United Methodist Church of the Covenant.
